Established under the Office of the Provost, Office of Global Initiatives, USC Shanghai Office is one of the eight USC international offices. The office works with all of the university’s schools and departments to support and strengthen their efforts to create international academic and research partnerships as well as opportunities for students to learn outside of the United States.
Our office is located in People’s Square, on West Nanjing Road. More information will be provided to qualified candidates.
岗位名称：助理实习生
招聘人数：1~2人
招聘公司：美国南加州大学上海办事处
工作地点：人民广场，地铁1、2、8号线直达
工作时间：一周两天以上，至少持续六个月
Requirements:
1. Fluency in spoken, written English and Mandarin;
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Photoshop;
4. Outgoing and pleasant personality;
5. Good team player and good multi-tasks management;
6. Detail-oriented;
7. Fully conversant in the Chinese and U.S. cultures.
Candidate Responsibilities:
1. Administration:
Provide administrative support to the Director:
a) Manage calendar and contacts;
b) Prepare presentations and slides for meetings;
Assist office daily operation
Handle incoming emails and phone calls from perspective students, parents and
others;
Maintain and update USC alumni database;
Translate documents.
2. Marketing and communications:
Administer official USC Weibo, Wechat and Renren account;
Create monthly newsletter;
Design backdrops, banners, flyers and invitations for events;
Event planning and onsite support;
Conduct various researches.
