PEMA (Marsh Private Equity and M&A Group)
Job Responsibilities:
Research for Deal background, M&A activities and Market Trends
Analyze Private Equity and it’s investment
Support the M&A engagement management, and coordinate with the teams from diff
erent countries and other functions
Support the client management reporting and group financial reporting
Support the meeting and regular updates to global leading investors
Assist the administrative and logistics arrangement
Requirements:
Finance/Accounting/Economics/ Legal/ MBA student from a top Chinese university
or 1st tier global university
Knowledge of PE and M&A industry;
Prior Internship experience related to PE M&A ,consulting firm and other prof
essional would be a great plus;
Fluent English writing and research; (Mandarin is not a must)
Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Fast learning and hard working. Self-starter, able to work effectively under l
ight supervision and to demanding deadlines
Notes:
The office is located in Lujiazui of Pudong, Shanghai
Prefer to work 3 days per week for at least 4-6 months
