学校综合排名：71 out of 249 (#27 among public universities)
Mechanical Engineering: 52 out of 259
At the University of Iowa http://www.uiowa.edu/, we have an immediate gradua
te assistantship opening.
We are looking for highly motivated students with background in one or more of
the following areas:
- Materials Processing and Manufacturing
- Computer modeling (FEM, dislocation dynamics, MD, or phase field simulation)
.
- Laser based manufacturing.
- Solid mechanics
- Materials Science, mechanical behaviors
- Renewable energy (PV, battery, photocatalysis)
PhD students in their first year or MS students who intend to continue PhD are
preferred. Interested applicants are welcomed to contact Prof. Ding (hongtao-
ding@uiowa.edu) with a resume and a letter summarizing their research experien
ce and research accomplishments.
