上述岗位工作地点均在上海市浦东新区且在上海市缴纳五险一金，具体岗位任职要求及工
作职责如下：
⑴ 招聘职位：研究员 2-3名
任职要求：
﹣ 本科以上学历，年龄在35周岁以下。
﹣ 身体健康，品行良好、诚实信用、敬业爱岗、忠于职守，并具有良好的团队合作
精神；
﹣ 具有财务、审计工作经历优先考虑（包括投资银行、四大会计师事务所审计及财
务咨询部），具备较好的资本市场知识基础。
﹣ 具有较强的逻辑思维能力与分析能力。
﹣ 对投资工作具有较高热情，有较好的抗压能力。
工作职责：
﹣ 依据公司投资理念，挖掘具有投资价值的上市公司并进行实地调研，提供研究分
析报告，建立并维护公司的证券投资备选库（股票池）；
﹣ 全面深入研究不同行业的特点，跟踪行业发展变化，出具行业研究分析报告，提
出行业组合建议；
﹣ 对公司持有的证券进行调研和跟踪，对其基本面及所属行业出现的重大变化及时
分析研究，并出具《投资跟踪报告》，提出投资建议；
﹣ 进行模拟组合交易；
﹣ 宏观经济、市场走势及资产配置研究，包括宏观经济政策、运行指标等分析，证
券市场阶段性走势、投资主题的跟踪及趋势变化分析，资产配置的影响因素、风格类别及
配置比例分析；
﹣ 对国债、公司债、可转换等债券和货币市场及其它可行的金融投资工具的风险收
益特征进行研究，并对市场套利机会进行研究；
﹣ 保持与外部投研机构相关研究人员的经常性沟通与交流。
Position: Securities Analyst
Job Requirements
﹣ Degree: minimum Bachelor. Age: under 35 years old.
﹣ Physically healthy, good conduct, honest and trustworthy, professional
and devotional, faithful in responsibilities, good sense of team spirit.
﹣ Finance, audit work experience are preferable(including investment bank
ing firm, personnel from Big 4 audit firm or financial consulting firm).
﹣ With strong logical thinking and analysis skills.
﹣ Enthusiasm for investment career and can deal with high pressure.
Job Responsibilities
﹣ Find and make practical researches about listed companies which are wo
rthy of investment according to the company’s investment ideas; make reports
on research analysis and to establish and maintain the company’s security inv
estment databases (stock pool).
﹣ Deeply explore the different industries’ characters in an all round w
ay and be able to offer analysis reports and portfolio advices when keeping an
eye on their development and changes.
﹣ Survey and follow up the securities held by the company, to study on t
he significant changes of their fundamentals and related industries.
﹣ Be able to make simulation portfolio transactions.
﹣ Study macro economy, the market, and asset allocation, including analy
sis on macro economical policies and operational indicators, the trend of secu
rities market, tracking the investment themes and their changing trends, and t
he influencing factors, style, and allocation proportion of asset allocation.
﹣ Study on the risky return’s characters of financial investment method
s such as state bonds, company bonds; transferable bonds, monetary market and
other available ones while research the opportunities of arbitrage.
﹣ keep communicating and changing ideas with other research fellows of e
xternal investment research institutions.

﹣ 国内或国外知名大学本科以上学历。
﹣ 具有1年以上投资相关业务工作经验（包括投资银行、四大会计师事务所审计及财
务咨询部、知名律师事务所证券业务部等），具备较好的资本市场知识基础。
﹣ 具有较强的逻辑思维能力与分析能力。
﹣ 对投资工作具有较高热情，有较好的抗压能力。
﹣ CPA、CFA、法律背景等可优先考虑。
工作职责：
﹣ 在内部或外部始终保持职业形象与高质量的工作；
﹣ 深度参与尽职调查全过程，负责尽职调查计划制定，参与交易结构设计、条款设
计与定价；
﹣ 负责项目工作底稿的整理与汇总，负责投资价值分析报告的撰写；
﹣ 组织项目组向公司管理层与投资决策委员会推荐与汇报项目情况；
﹣ 持续监督已投资公司经营状况，定期获取材料，包括但不限于董事会决议、股东
会决议，财务月报，财务季报等，并对企业动态进行分析，及时报告重大经营异常，对已

﹣ Always ensuring the quality and professionalism in dealing with both i
nternal and external parties；
﹣ Heavily involving in the due diligence process, taking charge of the d
ue diligence planning, participating in the deal structure, terms and pricing;
﹣ Managing documentation, drafting the investment memo and the related p
resentation;
﹣ Recommending the selected investments to the investment committee;
﹣ Persistently monitoring the portfolio companies’ business status, rep
orting any significant unusualness noted, making management suggestions needed
;
﹣ Persistently monitoring the portfolio companies’ IPO progress, partic
ipating in the coordination among the portfolio companies, the investment bank
