受人所托，现有一好友在北美做PE, 同一跨国金融集团下香港公司招募全职或实习生，公
司报销去香港面试机票及酒店的费用。
好友说暂时男生招满了，只差女生了。
而且最好是常青藤学校或中国优秀高校有海外经验更佳！
2月份最后2天，下一批要3月24号左右才会把简历给领导，越快越好！
可以当做去香港一次尝试或免费旅游，继续猎头中，瞧一瞧看一看啊……

1.公司主要业务是私募，收购等，客户资产庞大，许多时候需对客户资料进行保密，非常
强调职业操守与人品！最好是我认识的人，我也要担保人品推荐！
2.本科要求清华，北大，上海交大，复旦， (国际知名本科或美本也可以，国内其他高校
非常优秀也可)，最好有海外经历，学历上本科、研究生、博士生都可，但不招艺术生。要
求优秀的沟通表达能力。
3.硬性要求：女生需要165cm以上，男生178cm以上，五官端正，表达清晰。

Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts as well as proactively build, develop and maintain stro
ng direct relationships with clients and work closely with the Private Banking
team to deliver the required level of business.
Participate in general client service activities including: answering investme
nt inquiries; tracking and distributing informational materials; editing, revi
ewing and assisting in report planning. Respond to investor requests in a time
ly manner with a keen sense of prioritization.
Assist with the organization and execution of investor meetings and conference
calls.
Perform original market, competitive, and fund performance analysis.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on each potential client opportunity: time
ly and extensive research on prospective clients and/or opportunities using bo
th internal and external sources.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required, or working towards an graduate degree for Summe
r Intern positions
MBA, CFA or Masters Degree welcomed
Industry licenses or designations welcomed
Previous experience working in the financial services industry in a client fac
ing marketing role preferred
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to clearly artic
ulate sophisticated concepts, ideas, and processes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills including data mining and interpreta
tion
Full proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Disciplined organization and project management skills, ambitious work ethic a
nd professional disposition
An interest in innovative finance
Interview Process:
First Round：Peer Interview （US） Background review
Second Round： Manager Interview（US） Interpersonal skill test
Third Round: Final Interview：（HK） Onsite tour of the company，and onsite me
etings within different business situations (3-5 days) Feedback collection
The final decision will be made within 2 weeks after the final interview. Tran
sportation and accommodation will be covered by the company.
基本要求：
1.具有海外本科学历或本科以上学历，毕业时间在2 年以内。
2.踏实沉稳，有团队合作精神；学生社团骨干优先，在学校要有好的同学关系和社团经验
，组织能力强，具有较强的人际关系管理能力以及业务拓展能力。

4.男女不限，专业背景不限。
5.英语、普通话、日语、粤语流利者优先（如果文字功底好，可以不拘于此）。
