Wireless DSP Development & Test Engineer
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
-Responsible for LTE/LTE-A physical layer software system engineering, softwar
e or simulation chain development/performance optimization and validation test
ing. Coding program and test standard compliance/evolution, new customer reque
sted, innovated functionality in R&D organization.
-Responsible for draft/maintain software design document, test strategy and us
er guide.
-Technical support for LTE physical layer issues reported from customer sites,
replicate the site failures in R&D laboratory environment to isolate faults a
nd perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against so
ftware bug.
-Participate in architecture design of LTE physical layer and road map definit
ion.
Qualifications：
1.Education background: Master or above. Major in Computer Science, Telecommun
ication Engineering or related.
2.Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
-With deep understanding for digital signal processing technique.
-3+ years with good development experience in baseband signal or DSP
-Good knowledge with wireless system architecture (UMTS, LTE, etc).
3.General competencies:
-Strong communication skill. Fluent in Chinese and English
-Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
-Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
-Capable of managing changes and multi-tasks during the development phase
-Highly self-motivated; Good problem-solving skill; Able to work effectively u
nder pressure; Team work spirit; Accountability; Ability of learning; Open min
d.
4.Language Ability: Fluent in both oral and written English
