GE Global Operation- Finance intern hire:
Job title: Global Operation-Asia Center-Corporate IT-Finance intern
Work location: NO.1 Hua Tuo Road, Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, PuDong New Area, Sh
anghai.
Duration & On-board : at least 6 months , expected on board in Jan 2015
Working frequency: at least 4 days (You can work at home for 1-2 days if you c
an’t come to office )
Directly report to Asia finance Center IT program manager
Job descriptions:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Focus on 2015 budget planning, cost allocati
on between different business functions, IT-resource prioritization, monthly e
xpense control and so on.
2. Financial Big Data Analysis: Cooperate with IT vendor/ business units to ex
plore Asia center financial data’s value proposition and initiate financial d
ashboard for clients.
3. Research Analysis: Dive into research papers and focus on data analytics, I
T business value proposition, info-graphics and so on.
4. Asia Center KPI and center IT-Matrix
5. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Leader .
Requirements:
1. Strong ability of financial data analysis, master of MS Office-Power Point,
Excel, Outlook.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface and
influence all levels of the organization.
3. Fast leaner, able to deal with multi-task and deliver result within given t
ight timelines.
4. Precise and accurate, creative, good at optimizing & prioritizing, business
focused problem solver.
5. Prefer but not limit to Finance, Accounting and other business majors.IT re
lated knowledge & IT sense preferred but not must.
Gains in GE IT Finance intern position:
