Job Description of Value Chain Execution - Senior Consultant
Role Description:
• Identify and solve complex business problems for area of responsibilit
y
• Interact with senior management and project team at a client and/or wi
thin Ataway on matters where
they may need gain acceptance on an alternative method
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignmen
ts
• Capture business requirements and creating functional and configuratio
n documents
• Perform gap analysis using process mapping, As-Is and To-Be process mo
dels and system mapping between business processes and application functionali
ty
• Architect logistics workflow configurations for Transportation-related
processes
• Implement and configure Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Write complex Agents/workflows to support the business needs
Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of project management/implementation experience in
the logistics industry (preferable with 2 years in a client-facing role)
• Experience of at least 2 years using OTM (preferable with focus on the
Consumer or Industrial Products industry)
• Experience in the implementation of OTM (Orders, Planning, Rating, Age
nts, etc)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Scien
ce, MIS or related field
• Understands Logistics and the SCM business domain
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal Mandarin
• Willingness to travel
