Job Title: IT Support Intern
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve end user’s incidents and service requests;
- Hardware and workstation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Provides escalation support to helpdesks and may provide support to end user
s directly or by emails as requested.
- Support In-house Service System, PBX & Network systems;
- Create and maintain documentation for all implemented networks;
- Update IT inventory records monthly;
- Stock-take software licenses installed in offices and report installation of
any pirate/illegal software installed;
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department Lead.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate junior or below. Major in CS, EE, CSE or IT related discipline
;
- Familiar with MS Windows, MS Office, Mac OS, Firm's e-mail system (MS Exchan
ge);
- Ability to work independently, takes initiative, prioritize multi-tasks and
meet deadlines.
- Good at oral&write English and Chinese.
- Good record-keeping skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships within the department,
Office and Firm, and with clients, vendors and others outside the Firm;
- At least 3 days per week on duty, ASAP.
