About ARM Physical Design Group
ARM Artisan® Physical IP technology lies at the heart of advanced
digital products, from wireless, networking and consumer
entertainment solutions to imaging, automotive, security and storage
devices. ARM Artisan® Physical IP products; standard cells, embedded
memories, interface and POP IP, are available at the broadest
coverage of foundries and process technologies from 250nm to 14nm.
The IP provides Industry leading power, performance and area (PPA)
for each specific process node and market application. Rigorous
silicon validation to ensure high yield SoC and low design risk.

Responsibilities
The Strategic Partner Development Manager is the customer champion
responsible for driving the usage of Artisan physical IP products
within Strategic Accounts and proactively manages all critical issues
of the relationship with the customer.


Evangelizing ARM physical IP usage and implementation solutions
within assigned strategic customers on a global basis, in concert
with the respective ARM sales teams.
Work with Physical Design Group (PDG) marketing and engineering teams
to respond to new opportunities; gather customer requirements, drive
resolution of technical issues, develop mutually agreeable
development schedules and drive to contract closure.
Track customer tape outs and support the gathering of information to
support the collection of foundry royalties.
Develop strategic and tactical relationships at all levels
(management, engineering and marketing) within the customers.
-Develop strong knowledge of the customers’ product lines, roadmaps,
IP requirements, target markets and customers.
-Keep abreast of customer-related trends, acquisition activities,
sales volume and other financial projections.
-Understand the customer’s organization, budget and purchasing
decision processes and reporting structure.
Job Requirements

Technical Skills


BSEE (or equivalent), 10+ years of product marketing experience or
business development experience.
Detailed understanding of the semiconductor industry and associated
manufacturing processes. Fundamental engineering knowledge of SoC
development and integration.
Experience in IP licensing, marketing or sales a strong plus.

Personal Skills

Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate co-workers, and be a
team player.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, with strong inter-personal
skills and a high degree of initiative.
Excellent English and Mandarin language and communication skills;
oral and written.
This role requires global travel to support customer meetings,
conferences and sales training.
Dynamic and motivated individual who is driven to maintain regular
contact with customers, and reliably deliver results.
Personable, and customer-focused.
Must be detail-oriented and exceptional at follow-through.
