Job Description：
OneGate Capital is a China-based private equity investment firm dedicated to p
roviding the necessary strategic capital and operational guidance to help lead
ing Chinese companies accelerate their growth.
We are seeking a Research Analyst Intern to join our team in Shanghai. The pos
ition requires strong analytical capabilities, and excellent written and oral
communication skills. Candidates should be intellectually curious, have a pass
ion for investing and possess strong ethical character.
Responsibilities：
The candidate will work directly with the senior professionals of the firm and
will have the opportunity to get involved in every aspect of fund formation a
nd deal process including:
1. Research on market sectors, companies, government policies and other invest
ment related topics
2. Assist in preparing fund proposals, and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications：
1. MS from a top-tier graduate program with a degree in Finance / Accounting /
Economics or related disciplines preferred
2. Strong quantitative analysis skills including a comprehensive understanding
of financial analysis
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong written and spo
ken English
4. Native mandarin speaker
