Job Description
1. Support key events of higher education programs in Shanghai, to organize ta
sk-force meeting, vendor coordination, meeting agenda arrangement and taking m
inutes, logistic support etc.
2. Education programs advertisement, including but not limited to UI design, n
ews drafting, video editing etc.
3. Maintain relationship with the local faculties for the higher education pro
grams, such like program tracking and data/feedback collection & analysis, in
order to support the team on the programs review and plan/analysis for next st
ep.
4. Curriculum program support: Responsible for the work of RFP invitation impl
ementation, follow- up (task force control, internal coordination with cross t
eams and external liaison with universities, for example: embedded curriculum
program follow-up and tel coordination with the engaged universities), and rep
ort (including survey report and status report etc).
5. Pipeline program support such like Intel Fellowship Project,communication
with Universities and candidates selection, interview and award ceremony suppo
rt. Intern base data collection and event support.6. Other local logistic supp
ort to the team in Shanghai, such as reception for faculty and students’ visi
t, document translation, document management, and universities database manage
ment and timely update etc.
Requirement
1. Strong passion in education program and strong sense of responsibility.
2. Excellent communication skill and good team player.
3. Commit 6 months internship or above (1 year is a plus), with 3 days or more
on site per week. (Can apply for leave during university exam time.)
4. Fluent oral and written English, good ppt skill.
6．Have knowledge in computer science is a plus.
